Basic protocol for use

Conditions for using the equipment:
- When using equipment, the user must submit a request note and receive an allocation of temps utile beforehand. Please download the application card of shared use, fill it as your request form and email it to the contact office.
- There is a charge for use of equipment. Usage hours are totaled at the end of the month and a bill issued monthly.
Please transfer the payment to the designated account by the payment deadline.
- Advanced Characterization Nanotechnology Platform require users to submit their usage reports to the project office at the end of the fiscal year. Reports are published in the project annual report and project homepage.
However, if a usage report is in the way of thesis contribution and patent application, it is possible to postpone disclosure to the public for two years at the most by submitting a postponement application.
When the paper is published on the theme for which this project was utilized.
When users publish papers or present in an academic conference about the theme for which this project was utilized, please acknowledge that your project was supported by the ACNP.
